Location: Graceland University, Lamoni, Iowa, USA

The mission of SPECTACULAR is to create a safe, Christ-centered community that encourages young people to discover God, recognize their inherent worth, and cultivate their unique gifts.

Every summer, approximately 1,100 campers and leaders gather for the largest annual youth event in Community of Christ, making SPEC an extraordinary experience of faith, fun, and fellowship.

What to expect at SPEC

Throughout the week, campers can participate in:

• Leadership and Discipleship Development: Grow spiritually and explore how to lead with purpose.
• Diverse Worship Experiences: Celebrate faith through creative, meaningful worship.
• Expression Through Arts, Music, and Sports: Explore creativity in stage productions, musical instruction, and arts like tie-dying or enjoy sports such as basketball, volleyball, soccer, and table tennis.
• Engaging Workshops and Activities: Topics range from service projects and relationship discussions to workshops on communication and personal growth.
